Description

Specific machine for the manufacture of metal chains such as Curb (Groumet) Chains, Padlock, Double Curb and Double Padlock. This machine may be adapted for the manufacture of Parallel Double Curb Chains.

Frame is made of nomalized cast iron and the other components are made of cemented, hardened and/or rectified steel. It has an automatic and forced lubrication system on the wear points. Tool changes are simplified by standardization and retification of tool fittings. Tools can be made of hard metal or hardened steel.

Speed varies by means of a frequency inverter. It is provide with Electro-electronic command in 220V(monophase) and 380V (three-phase) with safety system for automatic stop in case of irregularity in the link manufacture.
